Our bars caters events from 50 people.  We have a few standard sized bars for events up to 150 people.  For events with larger guest numbers, we simply add extra bar sections to the bar or have two bars at the venue – we’ll help you with this, no event is too big for us!

We do need power for the bar fridges and freezers.  These can be from standard household power sockets of which we usually need two or three depending on how much equipment we need for your event.  If you are using outside generators, please ask us for the KVA power requirement before booking a generator.

We would prefer a water source to use for cleaning etc but if you do not have one please let us know so we can bring water to your event (this may be chargeable if a very large quantity is required at a large outdoor event).

Depending on venue and requirements, we usually need around 1-2 hours for set up.  If your bar hire includes draught beer, then we will need a further 1 hour for cooler set up. When packing down, we can usually pack down in around 1 hour.

Our minimum mobile bar size is

3.5m (W) x 3.5m (L) x 2m (H)

Of course! If its possible for both parties, we are happy to set up before. Early drop off fees may apply.

Whatever your events, we can cater for it.  We offer a range of bar fronts and can always work with you to create something bespoke or branded for corporate events.

Our bar staff wear smart black attire

Sorry, we do not hire out our bar as a dry hire.

We have all shapes and sizes available to hire.  This charge is per glass and includes us washing up on return to our kitchen.  Most glasses are the same price, cocktail or luxury glasses are at a slight premium, just ask when you enquire and we’ll recommend the right quantities and sizes based on your event bar package.

We have our own cocktail mixologist in the team who can create great tasting and exciting looking cocktails from our fixed menu or bespoke for your event.

A cocktail flairer is a specialist bar tender who add that special touch of excitement and showmanship when producing cocktails.  We do have contacts who can join us but they do come at an extra charge as they have very specialist skills. 

We require your initial payment of 25% to be paid within 7 days of booking.  Your full balance is then due 14 days prior to the date of the event.

Yes, a risk assessment can be provided upon booking, if requested.

If your event requires a TEN then we can apply for this through your local council for you at a cost. Please let us know if you require this.

We actually have three licensees on staff so at least one of them will be at your event
